At the heart of our practice is a close knit team Shelley, Brendon, and Lisa each bringing their own depth, warmth, and lived experience to the work we do. We’re not just colleagues; we’re family. And that connection shapes everything: how we listen, how we care, and how we walk alongside you.

Shelley is an experienced couples counsellor and published Australian author whose work blends emotional insight with creative storytelling. She founded the practice over 15 years ago with a vision for healing that honours both vulnerability and empowerment. Her compassionate approach and deep understanding of relational dynamics have helped countless individuals and couples find clarity, courage, and connection.

Brendon is a trauma informed therapist specialising in hypnotherapy and EMDR. With a grounded, creative presence, he supports men in building authentic relationships—with themselves and others. His work is rooted in safety, insight, and the belief that healing begins with self trust.

Lisa, our neuro-sparkly counsellor, brings vibrancy, affirmation, and a deep attunement to neurodivergent experiences. Her approach ensures that every person feels seen, supported, and empowered to thrive in their own way.
